The decision to run for the at-large Waco ISD School Board seat last year caused me to do a lot of reflecting back on my time as a classroom teacher.  Nine years of coming in every day, standing at that white board, dry erase marker in hand, and teaching our students .  The work was never easy, but it was always extremely rewarding. 

I would like to share some memories with you from my time in the classroom as well as my time on the board.
